Belvoir Federal offers our members the services of the Motor Vehicle Certification Program (MVCP). MVCP assists members in a hassle free purchase of a new or used vehicle. MVCP advisors will supply you the information on current rebates and incentives, invoice pricing, destination and advertising charges, and estimated Trade-In-Value of your vehicle. The advisors will explain the program and then send a certificate to participanting dealers that offer low, pre-negotiated prices. All you have to do is select your options and pick the color!
